摘 要:薄基岩浅埋煤层开采过程中顶板基岩易全厚切落,破断直接波及地表,存在顶板突水的安全隐患.在分析顶板导水通道特征基础上,针对浅埋煤层采用传统技术实现保水开采的难点,从开采方法本身采取措施,提出了一套较为系统的薄基岩浅埋煤层保水开采新技术.此项技术的关键有三:一是长壁工作面快速推进;二是支架合理支护阻力的计算确定;三是局部降低采高或局部充填.补连塔煤矿32201工作面的三维固-液耦合数值模拟计算和现场实践结果证明,该套技术的应用是成功而有效的,可在薄基岩浅埋煤层保水防溃开采中推广应用.图4,表1,参12.There is hidden safety problem of roof water inrush in the shallow coal seam with thin bedrock during mining, because its roof bedrocks break and fall in a whole and affects ground surface directly. To solve the tradition technique difficulties of aquifer-protective mining in the shallow coal seam with thin bedrock, based on the analysis of the roof water inrush channel features, from the aspect of mining methods. A set of roof aquifer-protective mining techniques were put forward. There were three key aspects in this technique: ( 1 ) rapid mining of longwall coalface; (2) calculation to determine the reasonable supporter resistance; (3) reduce mining height partially or filling partially. The results of 3-dimensional Solid-liquid numerical simulation and field practice of 32021 coal face in Bulianta coal mine showed that the technique is opened up successfully, which can be applied in roof water inrush control and aquifer-protective mining in shallow coal seam with thin bedrock.
