复方七芍降压片对二肾一夹高血压大鼠IL-6、TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方七芍降压片降压及防治炎症反应在高血压过程中的作用机制。方法:以90只WKY大鼠随机分为6组:正常组、假手术组、模型组、低剂量组、高剂量组、心安宁组,分别采用尾动脉法测血压,采用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法测量白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α的含量。结果:复方七芍降压片能够降低二肾一夹高血压大鼠血压及IL-6和TNF-α。结论:复方七芍降压片能有效地降低二肾一夹高血压大鼠血压及减轻高血压过程中的炎症反应,其作用机制与复方七芍降压片降低IL-6和TNF-α有关。Objective：To explore the mechanism of depressing blood pressure and preventing and controlling inflammation response in hypertensive process with Fufangqishaojiangya tablet. Methods： Ninty normal wistar- kyoto（WKY） rats were divided into 6 groups randomly： normal group,sham group, model group, small dosage group, large dosage group, xinanning group,measuring blood pressure（BP） from tail artery and Interleukin - 6（ IL - 6） and tumor necrosis factor -α（ TNF -α） by enzyme[inked immunosorben assay（ ELISA）. Results： Fufangqishaojiangya tablet could depress BP and IL - 6 and TNF -α of 2klc rats. Conclusion ： Fufangqishaojiangya tablet is able to ,effectively depress BP and reduce inflammation responses in hypertensive process, the effective mechanism may be associated with decreasing IL- 6 and TNF- α.
