摘　　要：目的：建立蜜柑草中柯里拉京的含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱为kromasil C18柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸盐缓冲液溶液（22：78）;检测波长：220 nm;流速：1.0 ml.min-1。结果：柯里拉京线性范围为0.025-0.15 mg.ml-1,r=0.9996,平均回收率为99.01%,RSD%=1.27%。结论：本方法简便、可靠,为蜜柑草的质量控制提供了快速、准确的测定方法。Objective ： To establish HPLC method for the determination of corilagin in Phyllanthus matsumurae Hayata. Methods： HPLC method was used, the chromato bar was kromasil C18 column with acetonitrile -0.1% phosphate buffer（22 ： 78）as mobile phase at 220 nm of detection wavelength. The flow rate was 1.0 ml· min^-1. Results： The linear range of corilagin was 0. 025 - 0.15 mg·ml^-1, r = 0. 9996, the average recovery was 99.01% with 1,27% of RSD%. Conclusion： The method is simple and reliable, and can provide a rapid and accurate assay method for quality control of Phyllanthus matsumurae Hayata.
