摘　　要：目的:优选消斑康肤胶囊制备工艺。方法:以浸膏得率,丹参酮ⅡA提取转移率为指标,应用正交试验优选回流提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为A3B2C3,即加药材6倍量的90%乙醇回流提取3 h,共提取1次。结论:优选的制备工艺稳定可行。Objective： To optimize the preparative technology of Xiaobankangfu Capsules. Mehtods： The extract yield and extractive transfer rate of tanshinone Ⅱ A were used as observing targets, the optimum condition for reflux method also was selected with the orthogonal test. Results： The optimum extractive condition was A3 B2 C3, that consisted of adding 6 times amount of 90% alcohol and refluxing and extracting for 3 hours, totally extracting for once. Conclusion： The optimized technology is stable and feasible.
