摘　　要：文章综述了调节胃肠道运动药物和离体实验方法的研究进展。阐述了离体肠管实验应用的可行性、适合动物、实验方法、作用受体及机制等,为研究调节胃肠运动药物作用于胃肠道的受体提供了基础理论,亦为研究中药对胃肠道运动的作用机理提供了新的思路。The paper summarized the drugs that regulated gastrointestinal motility and the method of invisible spectro experiment. Some questions, such as the feasibility of invisible spectro intestine experiment, suitable animals, methods, effective receptors or mechanisms, and so on, were also investigated in this paper, it supplied theoretical basis to study the drugs that regulated gastrointestinal motility activated the receptors of gastrointestinal tract, and new pathway to study the mechanism of Chinese herbs on gastrointestinal motility.
