摘　　要：介绍通用对象请求代理结构(CORBA)的基本原理和体系结构,分析招投标的特点和功能流程,利用面向对象的软件在分布、异构环境下实现可重用、可移植和互操作的特性,结合Web技术,提出了基于CORBA的在线招投标系统模型,介绍了该系统的业务流程、功能模块以及数据库、IDL接口定义和客户端的设计过程,并分析了该系统在现代企业的优势和应用前景。Introducing the basic principle and architecture of CORBA, analyzing the characteristics and function flow of bidding, this paper presents a model of bidding system online based on CORBA by means of combining Web technology, the characteristics for Object Oriented software such as reusability, portability and interoperability, recommends the system＇s function module, service procedure as well as the process of database building, IDL interface defining and the client end, finally analyzes the advantage and the future of application of the system to modern enterprises.
