补益肝气方药对酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠TNF-α含量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究补益肝气方药对酒精性脂肪肝血清TNF-α含量的影响。方法用高脂饲料喂食加白酒灌胃的方法复制酒精性脂肪肝模型。补益肝气方药对模型大鼠治疗30天后,观察模型大鼠血清肝功能变化以及TNF-α含量。结果补益肝气方药组转氨酶以及TNF-α含量最低。结论补益肝气方药具有改善肝功能;减少TNF-α的分泌,调节免疫的作用。Objective： To study the effect of Tonifying Liver QI Formula on the content of TNF-α in rat model of alcoholic fatty liver （AFL）. Methods： The AFL rats models were established by injecting the stomach with high fatty feedstuff and wine. The model rats were treated for 30 days with Tonifying Liver Qi Formula, then the changes of serum of liver function and content of TNF-α were detected. Results： Tonifying Liver QI Formula＇s transaminase activities and content of TNF-αwere the lowest. Conclusion： Tonifying Liver QI Formula can improve liver function and reduce secretion of TNF-α and immunoregulation.
