芦荟提取液抑菌效果及毒性试验研究

摘　　要：目的了解芦荟提取液抑菌效果和毒性。方法采用纸片扩散法和动物试验对芦荟抑菌效果和毒性进行观察。结果体积分数5%的芦荟提取稀释液对大肠杆菌和白色念球菌均有较好的抑菌效果,20%的芦荟提取稀释液对金黄色葡萄球菌有较好的抑菌效果。小鼠急性经口LD50值大于5000 mg/kg,芦荟提取原液对家兔皮肤刺激试验指数为0.23,属于轻度刺激性。结论芦荟提取液具有良好的抑菌作用,属无毒、低刺激性物质。Objective： To understand the bacteriostatic efficacy and toxicity of Aloe extract. Methods： Paper diffusion method and animal test were used to observe experimentally the bacteriostatic efficacy and toxicity of Aloe extract. Results： Five percent （v/v） solution of the extract had good efficaay in inhibiting Escherichia coli and Candida albicans and 20% （v/v） solution of the extract had good efficacy in inhibiting Staphylococcus aureus. The mouse acute oral LD50 was above 5 000mg/kg, the rabbit skin irritation test index of Alone stock solution was 0.23, which belongs to mild irritation. Conclusion： Aloe extract has good bacteriostatic efficacy, which is of practically non-toxic class and slightly irritative to skin.
