摘　　要：客观审视运动员在国际大赛过程中的竞技能力与拼搏精神、经验作风、意志力等综合表现,试图为我国自由式滑雪训练提供创新理念内涵。运用观察分析方法对芬兰世界杯自由式滑雪空中技巧比赛作风和竞技能力进行研究。面对突然变化的天气状况和比赛环境,世界高水平运动员所表现出的沉着、冷静、勇敢、果决和自信的优良作风和竞技能力,令人敬佩。应全面贯彻落实"从难、从严、从实战出发"训练原则,强化我国空中技巧运动员敢于拼搏的比赛作风和最佳竞技能力的培养和提高。By objectively considering the skiers＇ whole performance of athletic skill, combatant spirit, experience style and willpower in important international games, the paper tries to suggest some innovative idea for the Chinese freestyle skiing training. With the analysis method, it researches the skiers＇ competitive style and athletic skill in Finland world cup freestyle skiing aerials games. The results show that the world outstanding skiers put up well style and athletic skill with self- possession and braveness and self- assurance under suddenly variational weather condition. Therefore, it＇s necessary to roundly carry out the difficulty, strictness and competition oriented training guideline. Reinforcing the Chinese aerials skiers to perform in combatant competitive style after optimal athletic skill training will settle the base for them to get good results in international games.
