摘　　要：大力发展我国冬季竞技体育必须走可持续发展之路,而实现后备人才的可持续发展是首要之义。借鉴体育强国后备人才的培养经验,分析了冬季竞技体育后备人才开发的特点,认为冬季竞技体育后备人才可持续发展离不开与学校体育、群众体育的协调发展,并从体制、机制、培养体系、科学化培养和扩大冬季运动项目的社会影响等方面论述了实现冬季竞技体育后备人才资源可持续发展的对策。It＇s necessary to have a sustainable development of Chinese winter competitive sports, but it should be first to come true the sustainable development of reserve resource. Considering the training experience of sports great - power reserve, the article analyzes the characteristic of developing the winter competitive sports reserve. It thinks that the sustainable development cant keep away from the cooperative development with school sports and mass sports. It discusses the countermeasure on coming true the sustainable development of winter competitive sports reserve resource from development system and mechanism, training system, scientific training and enlarging the social influence of winter sports.
