黑龙江省滑雪场所现状分析与发展对策

摘　　要：通过对黑龙江省20家滑雪场进行实地考察和问卷调查,分析黑龙江省滑雪场的发展现状。调查结果表明,黑龙江省滑雪场所存在功能不完善,基础设施建设和管理水平较低,宣传力度不够等问题。提出注重滑雪资源的合理规划,加强专业培训、建立滑雪场会员制度,加强对基础设施、滑雪设备的升级换代,注意相邻行业的互补,扩展滑雪需求市场,引入战略合作伙伴并加快经营模式转变等发展对策,加快黑龙江省体育滑雪产业的良性发展。The article analyzes the current development of ski resorts after having an investigation and questionnaire in twenty ski resorts in Heilongjiang province. The result shows that there are some problems such as incomplete function, lower equipment and management, lesser propaganda. It suggests to have reasonable programming, to enhance professional training, to found member system of ski resort, to upgrade the ski equipment. For advancing the well development of ski industry in Heilongjiang province, it should be also to consider the supplement of correlative industries, the countermeasure of enlarging the ski market by changing the management mode and inducting the investment.
