依那普利联合氯沙坦对高血压伴心功能不全患者左心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察依那普利与氯沙坦联合应用对高血压伴心功能不全患者左心功能的影响。方法将50例高血压伴心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级(NYHA分级)的患者,随机分为依那普利加氯沙坦组(联合治疗组:n=28),依那普利组(对照组:n=22),比较两组6个月内血压、超声心动图的变化。结果治疗组与对照组相比,左心功能及左室结构两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论依那普利联合氯沙坦治疗治疗高血压合并心功能不全,在改善左室功能和结构方面明显优于单用依那普利。Objective To observe on the left ventricular function in patients the efficacy of treatment of combining enalapril with losartan of hypertmsion with heart dysfunction. Methods Fifty patients of hypertension with heat function level Ⅲ-Ⅳ （NYHA classification）were randomely divided into two groups.The combination therapy group used combination of enalapril and losartan therapy （n=28）,the control group used emalapril only（n=22）.Before and-after treatment the changes of blood pressure and ultrasound cardiongram were compared with each other in 6 months. Results Singnificant differences of the left ventricular function and structure were observed between two groups. Conclusion The combination of Enalapril and losartan therapy is more effective than enalapril therapy in improving the left ventricular function and structure of patients with hypertention and heart dysfunction.
