摘 要:目的确定主动脉管径与高血压、主动脉返流联系。方法对68例高血压患者进行24小时动态血压检测,并应用二维超声对主动脉根部管径于4个水平分别测量,多普勒超声观察主动脉瓣口有无返流,同时,以34例正常血压者对比。结果高血压患者主动脉上嵴及升主动脉近段管径显著增加(P<0.05),主动脉瓣返流较正常血压组显著增高,而血压昼夜节律异常的非杓型组更明显(P<0.01?。结论高血压可使主动脉根部远段增宽,并可能导致主动脉返流,血压昼夜节律异常可能使之加重。Objective: To evaluate the relation of hypertension with aortic root size and aortic regurgitation. Methods: 24h ambulatory blood pressure was monitored and aortic diameters were measured by two-dimensional eehocardiography at four levels of aseending aorta in 68 hypertensive eases and 34 normal subjects as controls. Doppler ultrasound was used to observe the existence of aortic regurgitation. Results: Aortic diameters at supra-aortic ridge and the proximal ascending aorta were signifieengtly higher in hypernsive subjects than those in the normal subjects. The aortic regurgitation was higher in the hypertensive subjects than those in the control group. Conclusion: Hypertension may lead to the increase of aortic root diameter at supra-aortic ridge and the proximal ascending aorta finally causes the aortic regurgtion.
