大鼠岛状皮瓣模型的固定方法

摘　　要：目的防止皮瓣回缩变形及被咬坏，准确测量皮瓣成活面积。方法治疗组以数层纱布包裹皮瓣后，石膏环形固定，上界超过皮瓣远端1cm，下界平皮瓣近端，皮瓣处置6～8层石膏，其余部分3～4层。对照组用布环形固定。结果石膏固定组皮瓣均未被咬坏，也无回缩变形，但对照组皮瓣大多被咬坏或出现明显回缩变形。结论石膏固定法是防止皮瓣被咬坏及回缩变形的简单方法。Objective： To measure skin flap in the treatment group. Methods： The flap in the treatment group was wrapped in several layers of gauze and fixed with plaster ring with their upper edge exceeding distal flaps 1cm and lower edge on proximal, with 6 - 8 layers of plaster in flap, the rest of the 3 to 4 layers. However, in control groups, the plaster was displaced by cloth. Results： No flaps were bitten or contracted in the treatment group, but all the flaps in the control showed bitting or obvious contraction. Conclusion： Plaster fixation is an effective method to prevent flap from biting and contraction.
