江西部分农村中小学体育工作的问题及对策

摘　　要：通过调查文献资料,对江西省部分农村中小学体育工作现状进行分析,发现江西省中小学体育工作存在以下几个方面的问题:课程开设不足,领导重视有待加强;课外体育活动安排不多,教师以及家长的思想还没有解放;学校体育场地、器材、设施、经费不够;体育教师配备不足,专业体育教师更是缺少;社会外部环境有待加强.最终提出建议,旨在促进江西农村中小学体育工作的发展.By means of consulting, the present thesis analyzes the situation of the P. E. education inpart of Jiangxi Province, finding the following problems： Insufficient class is arranged and more attention should be paid by the leaders ; Insufficient extra - curriculum activity is arranged and the concept of parents and teachers remains conservative ; There is no enough field, facility and fee needed in the schools; P.E. teachers are in bad need, especially the professional ones; The external social environment should be strengthened. In order to improve the situation, suggestions are propesed at the end.
