摘 要:介绍了一种实验平台,用来研究超声波衰减系数与颗粒物浓度之间的关系。该平台采用ATMEL公司AT89C51微控制器,主要包括脉冲发生电路、水声换能器的驱动电路、检波电路、数据采集电路及与上位机的串口通讯电路。数据传输至上位机后,对数据进行处理,主要采用曲线拟合方法找出描述浓度和衰减系数之间关系的多项式。本文主要阐述超声衰减测量颗粒物浓度的原理,以及该平台硬软件的整体设计框架。This paper introduces the platform of experiments, which is used to study the relationship between ulwasonic attenuation coefficient and the consistency of suspended particulate matter. The platform adopts the AT89C51 microcontroller of ATMEL, and mainly consists of the pulse generating circuit, the drive circuit of , the detection circuit, the data acquisition circuit and the serial port communication circuit with PC. After the data transmits to PC, we use curve fitting method to process data and find the polynomial to describe the relationship between ultrasonic attenuation coefficient and the consistency of suspended parficulate matter. This paper mainly expounds the principle to measure suspended particulate matter with the method of ultrasonic attenuation.
