摘　　要：建立城市地价监测体系,对完善我国从土地使用制度改革,建立起以市场机制形成土地价格的制度体系具有重要作用。以GIS为工作平台,从城市地价动态监测点建立的标准出发,以有利于工作数据的采集为目的,采用Oracle数据库建立了一套具有数据采集、图形编辑、地价发布、地价预警等多功能的城市地价动态监测体系。A city land-price monitoring system plays an important role in improvement reformation of land use regulation and establishing land-price system on market mechanism in our country. The system takes GIS as its work plat-form, starts from the standards of building city land-price dynamic monitoring points, aims at being advantageous to acquire work data, uses oracle database to build the city land-price dynamic monitoring system with many functions including data collecting, graphic editing, land-price issuing and land-price foreseeing warning and so on.
