摘  要:通过对不同继代次数对百合组培苗生长影响的研究,得出组培苗在继代3次时,每个芽可增殖6个左右,分化率较高,同时组培苗的长势最好,此时的组培苗最有利于移栽。The research studied the influence of different successive transfer times on growth of tissue cultured seedings in the oriental Lily. The resulls showed that every bud could multiply about 6, and the rate of the differentiation was higher as the successive transfer times was three ,while growth of tissue cultured seedings reached the top,and seedings in this stage was most appropriate to be transplanted.
