摘 要:针对由MOSFET组成的传统三相逆变器存在高开通损耗、高du/dt、高噪声以及高EMI等问题,提出了一种应用于永磁方波电动机驱动的三相软开关逆变器拓扑电路。依据软开关逆变理论,采用在传统三相全桥逆变电路的基础上增加辅助网络的方法,实现了三相逆变器的零电压开通。分析了软开关逆变器的工作原理,并以FPGA为主芯片,设计了基于新型逆变器的150W永磁方波无刷电动机数字控制系统。实验结果表明,新型逆变器实现了零电压开通,克服了大开通损耗、大du/dt、大噪声以及强EMI等缺点,证明了数字控制系统的正确性。A new three-phase soft-switching inverter is presented for permanent magnet brushless DC mo- tor(BLDCM) drive to reduce high turning-on loss, high du/dt, high noise and high EMI. An auxiliary circuit which was used to achieve zero voltage switch (ZVS) of power switched in turning-on period was added based on the conventional three-phase inverter according to soft-switching theory. The operating principle of proposed inverter was analyzed, and a 150W PM BLDCM system which was applied the pro- posed inverter was designed with digital control based on FPGA. The experimental results show that the proposed three-phase inverter has achieved ZVS in turning-on period, and some disadvantages, including high turning-on loss, high du/dt, high noise and high EMI,were reduced. So the validity of relative theory was demonstrated.
