摘 要:用中性纤维素酶对未染色和靛蓝染色纯棉织物进行吸附水解试验,研究了处理温度、pH值和时间等对吸附的影响。结果表明,靛蓝的存在提高了酶蛋白对织物的吸附量;处理温度超过70℃后,酶蛋白吸附量明显增大;处理浴pH值为7时,酶蛋白的吸附量最低;吸附30 min后,被吸附的酶蛋白量不再有明显变化。水解试验表明,靛蓝的存在抑制了酶的水解作用,水解速率低。The adsorption experiment of undyed and indigo-dyed cotton fabrics by neutral cellulase were carried out. The influence of treating temperature and time, pH value on cellulase protein adsorption was researched. The results indicate that the indigo on the fabric would increase the cellulase protein adsorption ability to the fabrics. In addition, the protein adsorbed apparently increases over 70℃, and a minimum adsorption appears at pH 7, while the cellulase protein adsorption did not changed remarkably after 30 min. By the hydrolysis experiment, it was found that the indigo on the fabrics would inhibit the hydrolysis ability of the cellulase.
