摘　　要：探讨了涤粘织物分散／活性一浴法染色工艺，通过分析浴比、元明粉用量、纯碱用量、pH值、染色温度及保温时间等因素对染色效果的影响，优化并确定最佳染色工艺条件，即当染料用量2％（owf）（分散染料／活性染料用量比1：1）和浴比1：10时，元明粉40g/L、纯碱15g／L、pH值4．5～5．0，130℃染色30min，60℃固色20min。试验说明，分散／活性一浴法染色适染中浅色；中试结果表明，此工艺染色织物的性能良好。One bath dyeing of T/R fabric with disperse and reactive dyes was discussed. Factors affecting dyeing effect were analyzed,such as bath ratio,dosage of sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate, pH value,dyeing temperature and fixation time. The optimum process conditions were determined as followed ：dyestuff concentration 2 % （owf） （disperse dye/reactive dye ratio 1：1） ,bath ratio 1： 10,Na2SO4 40 g/L,Na2CO3 15 g/L,pH value 4.5 -5.0,dyeing at 130℃for 30 min and fixation 20 min at 60℃.
