摘　　要：分析了影响纯棉斜纹织物特深色色牢度的因素,包括织物表面形态及磨毛品质、染料本身性质、染色工艺条件、固色剂、粘合剂、湿摩擦牢度增进剂,以及柔软整理和三防整理等;提出了相应的解决方法。采用经优化的工艺处理,深红、黑色磨毛织物的色牢度明显提高。The factors affecting the sanding varieties and color fastness of cotton drills in extra deep color were introduced, including fabric surface shape, sanding quality, dyestuffs property, dyeing process, fixing agent, adhesive, improver of wet rubbing fastness, as well as softening finish, oil/water/soil repellent finish etc. And the solutions were also presented. Through the optimal process treatment, the color fastness of sanding fabric in deep red and black shades was improved greatly.
