金丝桃蒽酮与竹红菌甲素光敏作用及暗反应特征的比较

摘　　要：在ＤＭＳＯ均相体系中研究了金丝桃蒽酮（ＨＹＰ）光敏作用及暗反应的特征，测得ＨＹＰ产生１Ｏ２与产生·ＯＨ的速率常数之比为０．０５７，产生１Ｏ２与产生ＨＹＰ·－的速率常数之比为１．２５，发现ＨＹＰ在以半胱氨酸为还原剂的条件下，通过热化学作用即可产生Ｏ２·－，但Ｏ２·－产额低于竹红菌甲素（ＨＡ）。在ＴＸ－１００胶束非均相体系中，比较了ＨＹＰ与ＨＡ光敏产生１Ｏ２、·ＯＨ的产额，发现它们１Ｏ２产额相近，而ＨＹＰ的·ＯＨ产额高于ＨＡ。Characteristics of photosensitization and dark reaction of hypericin(HYP) are studied in DMSO homogeneous system Rate constant ratio of HYP of generating O 2 1 to O ·- 2 isdetermined as 0 057 and rate constant ratio of generating O 2 1 to anionradical of HYP(HYP ·- ) is determined as 1 25 It is also found that in existence of cysteine, HYP produce O ·- 2 through thermochemica reaction, but the amount of O ·- 2 is lower than that produced by HA In TX 100 micellarheterogeneous system, amounts of produced 1O 2 and ·OH through photosensitization of HYP and HA are compared and it is found that the amount of generated 1O 2 is similar to each other, but amount of produced ·OH of HYP is higher than that of HA
