摘  要:在DMSO均相体系中研究了金丝桃蒽酮(HYP)光敏作用及暗反应的特征,测得HYP产生1O2与产生·OH的速率常数之比为0.057,产生1O2与产生HYP·-的速率常数之比为1.25,发现HYP在以半胱氨酸为还原剂的条件下,通过热化学作用即可产生O2·-,但O2·-产额低于竹红菌甲素(HA)。在TX-100胶束非均相体系中,比较了HYP与HA光敏产生1O2、·OH的产额,发现它们1O2产额相近,而HYP的·OH产额高于HA。Characteristics of photosensitization and dark reaction of hypericin(HYP) are studied in DMSO homogeneous system Rate constant ratio of HYP of generating O 2 1 to O ·- 2 isdetermined as 0 057 and rate constant ratio of generating O 2 1 to anionradical of HYP(HYP ·- ) is determined as 1 25 It is also found that in existence of cysteine, HYP produce O ·- 2 through thermochemica reaction, but the amount of O ·- 2 is lower than that produced by HA In TX 100 micellarheterogeneous system, amounts of produced 1O 2 and ·OH through photosensitization of HYP and HA are compared and it is found that the amount of generated 1O 2 is similar to each other, but amount of produced ·OH of HYP is higher than that of HA
