摘  要:分析了一艘138000m3薄膜式LNG运输船液货舱维护系统的稳态温度场,研究了骨材、内外壳体间的空腔中空气的对流以及表面间的辐射对换热的影响,建立了温度场分析的数学模型;在商业软件ANSYS的基础上开发了数值计算程序,并利用有限元传热模型,计算了8种工况下船体各部分的温度分布及日蒸发率值。计算结果表明:该船在正常工况下液货舱的维护系统是有效的,符合《国际散装运输液化气体船舶构造和设备规则》的相关要求。The temperature field analysis for the tank insulation system of the 138000m^3 membrane type LNG carrier is performed, and the effects of the air in the compartments, the stiffeners and the radiation between walls are investigated in detail. And they are taken into consideration in the steady analysis model. The computer program that calculates 3D hull temperature distribution and Boil-off-rate (BOR) is also developed based on the software ANSYS. The temperature field of the 138 000m^3 LNG carrier is obtained using the computer program. Compared with the results from other related research, it is shown that the results presented in this paper are much closer to those of the experiment. And the results also show that this LNG carrier meets the specific requirement of International Bulk Transportation Liquefied Gas Naval Construction and Equipment Rule.
