改进的模糊层次综合评判在大坝安全风险评价中的应用

摘　　要：为了对大坝的安全进行有效识别和评价,对大坝运行中的安全风险进行了分析和归纳,在AHP三标度法排序的基础上给出一种构造模糊一致性矩阵,运用改进的层次分析法确立了各因素的权重,得到了评价矩阵,运算出综合评价结果,为大坝安全风险的控制以及评测提供了科学依据.In order to carry on the effective recognition and the appraisal for the dam safety, analyzing and inducing the risk characters in the running of dam,based on the AHP three standard degrees method,a method that constructs fuzzy consistent matrix is given. By the improved AHP,various factors weight are established,the appraisal matrix is got, the synthesis appraisal result is obtained through the operation, which provides scientific basis for the quality control and evaluation for dam safety.
