摘  要:对循环流化床锅炉的U型密封阀返料器进行数值模拟,通过观察移动床和鼓泡床2种流态下返料器的返料过程,分析了U型返料器的自平衡特性以及返料风速对返料量的影响.结果表明:非流化态流动可实现返料器回料量的控制,但因立管内物流速度低,限制了其回料能力;物料流态化流动时,循环物料处于自平衡状态,受返料风影响较小,返料量稳定.Circulating fluidized-bed boiler's U-type back-feeder is simulated. By observating the solids recycle procedure of U-type back-feeder, the self-balance of U-type back-feeder and the influence of air amount to recycle material amount has been analyzed. The results are that, the fluidity can realize to control the return quantity of back-feeder at the non-flow form ,but the velocity in the vertical pipe is too flow, this limits the capacity of the quantity of back-feeder;however, at the flow form fluidity, the circulative substance is at the self-balance,the return wind seldom affect on it,the return quantity is steady.
