基于ELECTRE-I法的施工项目投标优选分析

摘　　要：对同时存在的多个拟投标项目,用ELECTRE-I法进行分析,选择最优的项目进行投标.通过创建一个一致性指标和不一致性指标,求出指标矩阵,根据调整指标的灵敏度对指标矩阵进行分析,得到最优拟投标项目,为决策者提供一定的理论依据.While the existence of a number of projects to be tender,with ELECTRE-I method for analysis,the optimal choice of the tender for the project is done. Through the creation of a compatibility index and inconsistency index,indicators derived matrix,according to adjust the sensitivity index of indicators matrix analysis, to be optimal tenders,decision-makers can provide a theoretical basis.
