摘　　要：对新引进的WAW—1000C电液伺服万能试验机进行了相关的应用性研究,根据不同的钢种编写了一些自动控制程序;将试验机的网络功能做了进一步的开发,使试验机与鞍钢的ERP系统实现了对接,从而实现了在线检验、在线数据采集、在线数据传输等自动化功能,大大提高了试验室的检验效率。Application research is presented in the paper,which is related with the new purchased WAW-1000C Electro-Hydraulic Servo Testing Machine. Some automatic control procedures are edited and developed according to different kinds of steel. Further more, the network function which is connected with ERP of Angang is developed,so that we can come true the aim such as checkouting on-line , collecting data on-line , the function of auto-transmiting data on--line.
