摘 要:以上海地铁直流馈出电缆为工程背景,研制适用于轨道交通牵引变电站直流馈出电缆在线监测系统。监测系统工作原理是通过监测电缆放电信号和直流泄漏电流信号综合评估电缆绝缘状态。监测系统由HF-CT传感器、DLCS传感器、数据采集系统以及监控后台组成。研制的HFCT传感器3dB频率带宽为500~10000kHz;DLCS传感器量程为0-100mA,分辨率为30μA;数据采样系统采样速率最高为20MSa·s^-1;监控后台采用装有专家系统的工业控制计算机,实现电缆绝缘的智能诊断。在实验室对该系统分别进行直流馈出电缆绝缘良好、绝缘故障模拟试验,测试结果表明监测系统能够预警直流馈出电缆绝缘老化和绝缘破损故障。现场安装运行结果表明,监测系统运行稳定、可靠,诊断结果与实际情况相符。With the DC feeder cable of Shanghai Metro as engineering background, an online monitoring system is developed, which is applicable to evaluate the insulation of DC feeder cable of the traction substation for rail transit. The working principle of the developed monitoring system is to assess comprehensively the insulation status of DC feeder cable through monitoring discharge signal and DC leakage current signal. The system is made up of HFCT sensor, DLCS sensor, data acquisition system and monitoring background computer. The frequency response bandwidth of the developed HFCT sensor 3 dB is 500 to 10 000 kHz. The measuring range of DLCS sensor is from 0 to 100 mA and the resolution is 30 μA. The maximum sampling rate of data acquisition system is up to 20 MSa · s^-1. The monitoring background is an industrial computer installed with expert system to achieve intelligent diagnosis of cable insulation. Then the feasibility simulation experimentations were carried on the DC feeder cable insulation in good status and fault status in the laboratory respectively. Test results indicate that the system can forecast such faults as the insulation aging and the cut of the feeder cable. The results of in-situ installation and operation indicate that the monitoring system running is stable, reliable, and the diagnostic results tally with actual circumstances.
