摘　　要：邓小平外交战略作为邓小平理论的一个重要组成部分,具有鲜明的时代特征。进入21世纪以来,国内外环境发生了深刻的变化,如何在新形势下继承与发展邓小平外交战略思想,准确把握时代变化趋势,为21世纪中国外交做出理性的战略选择,是现阶段研究邓小平理论的新课题。Deng Xiaoping＇s thought of diplomatic strategy, as an important component of Deng Xiaoping＇s theory, has a vivid feature of the era. After stepping into the new century, dramatic changes have taken place in the domestic and international envi ronment. How to inherit and develop Deng Xiaoping＇s thought of diplomatic strategy,precisely grasp the features and tendency of the era ,and make rational choices of strategy for China＇s diplomacy in the 21st century is a new subject in the study of Deng Xiaoping＇s theory at current stage.
