生精冲剂对环磷酰胺致生精障碍小鼠的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的:观察生精冲剂对环磷酰胺致生精障碍小鼠的治疗作用。方法:随机将30只昆明小鼠等分成3组:正常组、模型组、中药组。用腹腔注射环磷酰胺法建立生精障碍模型。造模完成后,中药组灌胃中药生精冲剂16g/(kg·d),模型组和正常组经口灌胃等量生理盐水,连续15d。测量各组小鼠睾丸质量,放射免疫法测定小鼠血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)的水平,对睾丸组织进行组织形态学观察,比较各组小鼠精子计数。结果:与正常组比较,中药组小鼠血清FSH、LH、T水平、睾丸质量、精子计数差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。组织学观察中药组小鼠睾丸曲细精管生精细胞层数及管腔内精子数高于模型组。结论:生精冲剂可有效治疗生精障碍。Aim ： To observe the effects of Chinese medicine soluble granule of Shengjing on spermatogenesis disturbance of mice. Methods：A total of 30 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 3 groups：enntrol group, model group,and the Chinese nledicine group. Spernlatngenesis disturbanee models were obtained by being intraperitoneally injeeted cyclophosphamide. In the Chinese medicine group, soluhle granule of Shengjing was administered after the models were formed （16 g/（ kg·d ） , 15 d）. Mice in nlndel group and control group were garaged with equivalent normal saline. Testis weight was measured, blnod was collccted and the follicle stimulating hormone （ FSH ） ,luteinizing hormone （ LH ）, and testosterone （T） levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. The histnlogic changes of testis were observed by using microseopy. Resuits：There were no significant differences on FSH, LH, T levels, testis weight, and the number of sperm cells on the seminilferous tubules and tile spermatozoon in tbe lumina of the seminiferous tubules in the Chinese medicine group compared with control group （ P 〉 0.05 ） , and there were significant differences on all index compared with model group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The Chinese medicine soluble granule of Shengjing is effective for therapy of spermatogenesis disturbance.
