加拿大图书馆界为残疾人服务之现状及启示

摘　　要：加拿大CNIB盲人图书馆是公共图书馆服务的代表也是加拿大图书馆界为残疾人服务的中心。加拿大高校图书馆为残疾人服务体系和措施的完善也值得我国图书馆界很好的学习。我国图书馆界为残疾人服务水平与加拿大相比存在很大的差距。图书馆为残疾人服务的国家政策、图书馆的无障碍设施、图书馆为残疾人服务的各项措施、各项服务的管理水平以及残疾人数字图书馆的发展方面都存在很多问题。据此我国图书馆界应从基础服务、参考咨询服务、培训服务着手提高残疾人服务水平。The CNIB Library for the blind is the representative of the public library services, and is also the service center of Canadian libraries for the disabled. The measures and system of Canadian university library services for the disabled also deserve our libraries to learn from. The degree of Chinese library services for the disabled is still very low comparing with that of Canadian libraries. There exist many problems in the national policy, the barrier-free facilities of the library, the various measures, the management of various services, as well as the development of digital libraries for the disabled. Chinese libraries should improve service levels from the perspective of basic services, reference services and training services.
