医学图书馆服务的典范——美国NN/LM的服务及其启示

摘　　要：对美国医学图书馆联盟(NN/LM)的服务方式、服务特征和关键因素等进行剖析,发现NN/LM的服务丰富多彩,包括各种文献传递服务、参考咨询服务、培训、继续教育及特色化的外展服务(outreach)、信息处方、临床信息咨询服务等。有许多值得我国医学图书馆学习和借鉴之处,并对我国医学图书馆的服务提出思考和建议。Through studying the service methods, service characteristics and key factors of American National Network of Libraries of Medicine（NN/LM）, we find that NN/LM has a variety of services, including document delivery ,reference services, training and continuing education services, outreach services, information prescriptions, and clinical information reference services and so on. Many of which are good reference for Chinese medical library, so we propose thought and suggestions for services of Chinese medical library.
