摘　　要：族裔图书馆是指在各部落居民区建立的图书馆,其主要服务对象是部落居民。以族裔图书馆的宗旨、功能、经费来源、馆藏、合作关系等方面问题作为剖析加州族裔图书馆的基础,族裔图书馆员是加州族裔图书馆事业常青的基石,多渠道、全方面的外界合作是加州的族裔图书馆持续发展的保障。美国族裔图书馆的发展经验不失为我国少数民族图书馆的发展提供有价值的参照。Tribal library refers the library that is established in the neighborhood of ethnic tribes, and its main clients are tribal residents. The research of tribal library＇s purposes, functions, sources of funding, collections, and partnerships is the basis to analyze tribal library of California. Tribal Librarians are the cornerstone of evergreen tribal library of California; multi-channel and comprehensive external cooperation is the security for sustainable development of tribal library of California. The experience of the tribal library of the United States of America provides valuable reference for the development of libraries of China＇s ethnic minorities.
