摘  要:目的探讨体外循环(extracorporeal circulation,ECC)中电解质紊乱的因素和及时纠正血钾浓度的重要意义,为心脏手术后复苏创造良好的条件。方法并行ECC复温时,开放主动脉前、后5-10 min间断抽取血样标本监测电解质改变,及时进行调整。结果本组出现64例低钾血症(低于3.5 mmol/L)和28例高钾血症(高于5.5 mmol/L)进行及时有效的调整,开放主动脉后均能使心脏复苏。结论及时调整血钾浓度,纠正电解质(钾、钠、钙、镁)紊乱,为心脏复苏营造良好的内环境。是ECC手术成功的重要条件之一。OBJECTIVE To explore supplement concentration of potassium of blood with extracorporeal circulation (ECC) and offer good condition of convalescence with ECC. METHODS Blood samples were taken at simultaneous circulation and rewarnming, and before 5minutes to 10minutes with patency aorta to detect change of potassium of blood, adjust it to normal level in time. RESULTS There were 64 patients with kaliopenia(lower than 3.5mmol/L) and 28 patients with hyperkalemia( higher than 5.5mol/L) in our group,after adjusting concentration of potassium of blood ,the hesrts of all patients re - heated automaticly. CONCLUSION It is important to monitor concentration of electrolyte of blood, it can offer stable internal environment and construct good condition for resuscitation of heart.
