摘  要:目的寻找不易破坏大黄主要有效成分的提取方法。方法采用自制装置双相水解连续萃取法提取蒽醌衍生物,并和常用的3种溶剂法对比。结果双相水解连续萃取法的提取率是常用3种溶剂法的2~3倍。结论该提取分离操作简便、重现性好。Objective To seek a novel extraction method for anthraquinone from rhubarb without destroying the major active components of anthraquinone. Methods The extraction of anthraquinone from rhubarb was performed by liquid-liquid continuous biphasic extraction and this method was compared with 3 general solvent methods. Results The extraction efficiency of the novel method was 2-3 times higher than the others. Conclusion Liquid-liquid continuous biphasic extraction method is simple and convenient for the extraction of anthraquinone from rhubarb.
