摘　　要：针对多路模拟信号的实时采集和利用网络远程同步或异步数据传输等一系列问题,利用单片机、PC机和网络接口,设计了集多通道数据采集、传输和网络远程传输为一体的综合系统,实现了系统的硬件电路以及相关配套软件,使系统能够完成多路数据的采集和对采集数据的高速实时记录、处理、分析、显示和网络远程传输等功能;经实际应用后证实该系统抗干扰能力强,数据吞吐量大,运算速度快且不容易死机,操作灵活,使用和升级灵活方便,便于数据的查询和分析;同时也给故障排查带来了极大的便利,具有很强的实用性。Aiming at remote real-time monitoring industrial automation equipment and data network transmission in production process,using SCM and PC,a data acquisitions and transmission system is designed.Completing hardware and software of system.The system will use multithreading technology to complete the acquisition of equipment parameters and the data records,processing,analysis,display and networking functions such as remote transmission.The system and upgrade flexibility,ease of data retrieval and analysis,Production for the normal operation and fault investigation and brought great convenience,and highly practical.
