摘　　要：开关电源故障是彩电维修中比较大的故障率之一,它的维修是难点也是关键,现阶段它的维修方法由于出发点不同,维修各异,比较模糊。本文以一个实际的A6机芯长虹R2118所出现的电源故障为例,列举了3种检修难度较大的开关电源故障:因过压或功耗大造成开关管V513击穿;由于稳压调节电路异常,使开关管导通时间过长造成的输出电压高;由于稳压调节电路或开关管激励电路异常,导致开关管导通时间过短造成的输出电压低,来进行详细的故障分析,解释产生故障的原因,同时说明检修的方法和元件代换,对A6机芯开关电源维修有所启示。The fault of the switch_mode power supply is one of the main malfunctions. At the present time, its maintenance is a crux, and a key, and has different kinds of ways because of different viewpoints and looks vague. In this paper, the writer gives readers an real example a bout the power supply faults to Chang hong R2118 with A6 Score and lists the following three kinds of difficult ones： the broken through of the switch tube V513 due to over-voltage or overconsumption; the output over-voltage due to the abnormality of the circuit to keeping voltage resulting in a long time to beak through; and due to the abnormality of the circuit to keeping voltage resulting in a short time to beak through leading to a over-low voltage. The writer analyzes the faults in detail and explains the reasons, the maintenance ways and the replacement of the components at the same time. The writer hopes that all the things will have some revelation to the maintenance of the power supply of color TV with A6 Core.
