摘 要:1991~1995年,草地农业建设第二期工程重点做了以下工作:(1)水资源的有效利用,主要建立春小麦、玉米和苜蓿的节水灌溉制度和技术,建立低压管道输水系统,综合节电节水达30%以上;(2)灌溉区种植业结构由1990年夏粮60.8%,秋杂(主要为饲料作物)占7.9%,经济作物占24.8%,林草占6.5%,经过调整,1994年已达到4∶3∶2∶1的比例。与此同时,发展立体复合种植,提高了资源利用率、饲料产量和经济效益;(3)采用生物围栏及封育补播技术,5a累计改良草原3000hm2,产草量提高0.8~1.2倍;(4)建立了信息反馈系统,用反馈的信息及时调整技术系数和经济系数,从而保证了计划任务的完成。The second project of agro-grassland construction majorly did the following works during 1991~1995:(1)Effective utilization of water resources. Mainly setting up a water-saved irrigation system and technique of spring wheat, maize and alfalfa and establishing the water transport system with low pressure, comprehensively saving water and electricity reached over 30%;(2) The rate of planting industry in irrigation area was 60.8% for summer grain, 7.9% for autumn coarse grain, 24.8% for economic crop and 6.5% for grasses and woods, respectively, in 1990, which got to 4∶3∶2∶1 after adjustment in 1994. At the same time, developing complex planting, the resources utilization efficiency and feed yield and economic efficiency increased. (3) Establishing a technique of bio-fencing and close bred, and 3 000 hm 2 grassland was improved in 5 years, the herbage yield increased by 0.8~1.2 times. (4) Establishing a system of message feedback, using that to adjust technique coeffiency and economic coeffiency in time, and the fulfilment of the plan tasks were guaranteed.
