小型二维卧式分布光度计用于LED总光通量测试系统的研究

摘　　要：本文简要阐述了用于测量LED光通量的小型二维卧式分布光度计系统的硬件组成和软件实现。其中重点介绍了VC++6·0与三菱FX1NPLC之间的实时通讯、VC++6·0与FX1N型PLC的配合编程及VC++6·0与MATLAB7·0的混合编程,并给出了样品的测量数据及结果。The paper expounds briefly the make - up of the hardware as well as the realization of the software in the minitype two-dimensional horizontal distribution spectrophotometer system which is used to measure the luminous flux of LED. And emphasis is laid on the introduction of the real time communication and the cooperative programme between VC＋＋6.0 and MITSUBISHI FX1N PLC, and the mixed programme between VC ＋＋ 6.0 and MATLAB7.0. To make sure, some measured data and results of the samples are presented.
