内括约肌切断位置对陈旧性肛裂疗效影响的临床研究

摘　　要：探讨不同位置切断内括约肌治疗陈旧性肛裂的疗效差异，为临床手术选择提供依据。将160例陈旧性肛裂患者随机分组，采用侧位与原位内括约肌切断术后进行疗效评估。结果表明，两种术式各有优缺点，具体操作中应个体化制定手术方案。This study made the comparison of therapeutic effects of two dissimilar position incision of internal sphincter to treat chronic anal fissure in order to select the better clinical procedure. The 160 cases were randomly divided into two groups subjected to the incision of lateral and posterior internal sphincter,then the therapeutic effects were observed and compared. Results show that the two methods of operation have respective merit and weakness,and suggest that operation plan should be made individually in detailed operations.
