摘  要:以非晶态聚合物聚苯乙烯及晶态聚合物尼龙12为例,对非晶态聚合物和晶态聚合物烧结件致密度、拉伸强度及尺寸精度进行了对比研究,结果表明:晶态聚合物烧结件的致密度较高,其强度接近材料的本体强度,而非晶态聚合物烧结件的致密度很低,强度远小于本体强度;非晶态聚合物在烧结过程中体积收缩比晶态聚合物小,因而其尺寸精度较晶态聚合物高.By taking examples of polystyrene and Nylon 12, the fractional density, tensile strength and dimensional accuracy of the selective laser sintering (SLS) specimens of crystalline polymer and amorphous polymer were compared. The results show that the fractional densities of crystalline polymer sintered parts are much higher than those of amorphous polymer sintering parts due to its relatively lower viscosity in the SI.S process. Therefore tensile strength of crystalline polymer sintered parts is close to the strength of its fully dense material. But tensile strength of amorphous polymer sintered parts is much lower than the strength of its fully dense material due to its low fractional density. A morphous polymer shows lower volumetric shrinkage than crystalline polymer in SLS process, so the sintered parts of amorphous polymer have higher dimensional accuracy than those of crystalline poly mer.
