摘 要:提出了在大量遇到的中软-中硬岩层中采用硬质合金回转冲击钻进的问题,在论述球体冲击器结构及工作原理的基础上,介绍了室内外回转冲击钻进试验使机械钻速明显提高的效果,借助数理统计方法建立了球体冲击器冲击频率与风压、风量之间高度显著的相关关系式,可用于冲击频率及其它重要工艺参数的预测与控制。全文表明球体冲击器具有很好的推广前景。Problems of drilling middle soft to middle hard rock formation with hard alloy rotary percussion drilling have been put forward. Effects of outdoor and indoor rotary percussion drilling tests on steel ball percussion device with obviously improved penetration rate has been introduced, based on dissertating structure and working principle of steel ball percussion device. Correlation between blow frequency and air pressure, air quantity has been set up, using method of mathematical statistics, which can be used to forecast and control blow frequency and other important technological parameters. It is indicated that steel ball percussion device has a good generation prospect.
