摘  要:目的:研究小鼠白念珠菌性阴道炎局部组织中Th1/Th2细胞因子的表达。方法:构建ICR小鼠白念珠菌性阴道炎模型,采用RT-PCR方法检测不同时间小鼠阴道局部组织中Th1/Th2细胞因子(IL-2/IL-4、IL-10、TGF-β1)的表达。结果:雌激素化组接种小鼠阴道局部组织中IL-2水平在早期显著升高,IL-4则轻度升高,但均很快开始下降。IL-10的水平在感染后期缓慢升高并保持在高水平,而TGF-β1在整个感染过程中均在高水平且高于其他因子。结论:IL-2在感染早期及IL-10在后期的高表达分别与其参与清除及维持白念珠菌感染有关。TGF-β1可能在阴道黏膜缺乏针对白念珠菌的明显细胞免疫时发挥重要作用。Objective: To detemfine the Th1/Th2 eytokine expressions in vaginal tissue of experimental murine infected with eandidiasis. Methods: ICR murine vaginal eandidiasis model was established. Non- estrogen- treated mice were used as controls. The level of Th1 (IL- 2)/Th2 (IL- 4, IL- 10, TGF-β1) eytokines in murine vaginal tissue was determined by RT- PCR. Results: In estrogen- treated mice, IL- 2 was kept at the high level and IL- 4 increased slightly during early infection. IL- 10 was increased and kept at high level during late infection while the level of TGF - β1 was kept at high level and was higher than other eytokines during whole infection. Conclusion: IL - 2 is associated with clearance of mucesal C. albicans, and IL - 10 is related to the susceptibility to the infection. TGF- β1 may play a predominant role when the virtual absence of changes in other Th - type cytokines during the infections.
