摘  要:在使用废纸的新闻纸厂,随着白水回用程度的提高,白水和过程水中溶解和胶体物质(DCS)的浓度越来越高。实验对回用白水中DCS对旧报纸制浆的影响进行了研究。结果表明,在废纸脱墨过程中,在碎浆和浮选段DCS的存在可以提高脱墨浆和漂白浆的白度。过氧化氢漂白脱墨浆(BDIP)经纤维素酶处理后所得的DCS有助于旧报纸脱墨。与果胶酶处理前相比,采用果胶酶对DCS中果胶酸降解后,脱墨浆和漂白浆的白度降低,这说明DCS中果胶酸的存在可以改善旧报纸的脱墨和漂白效果。In the newsprint mills where waste paper is used as fiber raw material, the concentration of dissolved and colloidal substances (DCS) in white water and process water increases gradually with the recycling of white water. The effect of DCS on pulping of old newspaper was discussed. The results showed that DCS is helpful to the deinking and bleaching of old newspaper, and the brightness of the deinked pulp increases with the addition of DCS. The brightness of deinked pulp and bleached pulp increases with the addition of DCS obtained from cellulase treated pulp. Addition of DCS treated with pectinase which can decompose the pectic acids in DCS decreases the brightness of deinked and bleached pulps, which illuminates that the pectic acids in DCS can improve the efficiency of deinking and bleaching.
