摘  要:两步法制备了乙醇胺(EA)和交联剂水溶性环氧树脂(WEP)同时改性的(聚酰胺多胺-环氧氯丙烷)PAE,讨论了改性PAE分子质量对其稀释稳定性,添加PAE和添加APAM后纸浆表面Zeta电位,纸张耐折度、裂断长、湿强度的影响。实验表明,当WEP质量分数为8%~10%时,反应终点易于控制;相对分子质量低于10万时,改性PAE有良好的稀释稳定性;相对分子质量在8万~10万时,改惟PAE有较好的应用效果。Two steps method was adopted to synthesis PAE simultaneously modified with ethanol amine (EA) and waterborne epoxy resin (WEP). At the same time, the effect of relative molar mass on the stability of diluted modified PAE and the effect of addition of PAE and APAM on the treated paper properties such as its surface Zeta potential, folding endurance, breaking length'and wet-strength were discovered. The results showed that it is easy to control the reaction when w(WEP) = 8% - 10%. And modified' PAE is with excellent diluted stability when its Mw is lower than 100000 while it has better application result when its Mw. is between 80000 and 100000.
