摘  要:研究了高速纸机中具有闷头的空心铸钢辊结构的塑性极限和参数设计问题。应用塑性力学方法分析铸钢辊的塑性极限状态,根据等强度设计思想,导出了塑性极限车速的计算公式,建立了塑性极限状态时辊筒与闷头中应力分量的一般公式,进而提出了铸钢辊结构承载潜力评定的方法。算例讨论了铸钢辊结构参数对极限车速的影响并给出了可用于铸钢辊结构极限承载能力评定的曲线图。The plastic limit analysis and parametric design of a hollow cast steel roll with axle sleeve of the high-speed paper machine are studied. Based on the theory of plasticity and the concept of equal-strength design, the general formulas for calculating the plastic limit speed and stresses in the roll body and the axle sleeve are derived. A method of assessing the limit bearing capacity of a hollow cast steel roll is described. The example investigates the influences of structural parameters of a hollow cast steel roll on the limit speeds and gives the curves which can be used for the bearing capacity assessment of a cast steel roll. The present method and analytical solutions are expected to be useful in the reasonable design of various rotatory perfect elasto-plastic components with double-interference-fit construction.
