中西医结合治疗小儿厌食症482例

摘　　要：目的观察葡萄糖酸锌与适贝高联合应用治疗小儿厌食症的临床效果。方法将963例厌食症患儿,随机分为治疗组482例与对照组481例。治疗组口服葡萄糖酸锌颗粒与适贝高颗粒;对照组单纯口服葡萄糖酸锌颗粒。结果治疗组:87.14%食欲增加,87.96%有饥饿感,82.37%体重增加,84.02%发锌增高;对照组:78.59%食欲增加,72.14%有饥饿感,72.97%体重增加,77.96%发锌提高。结论中西医结合治疗较单一西医药物治疗小儿厌食症疗效更为显著。Purpose： To observe the clinical effect of zinc gluconate, and Shibeigao. Method： To divide 963 anorexia children patients into two groups casually, the 482 for the treatment group, and the other 481 for the control group. The treatment group takes both the zinc gluconate and Shibeigao, while the control group takes zinc gluconate only. Result： treatment group： 87.14% with developing appetite, 87.96% with hunger, 82.37% with developing weight, 84.02% with increasing zinc content in hair; the control group： 78.59% developing appetite, 72.14% with hunger, 72.97% with developing weight, 77.96% with increasing zinc content in hair. Conclusion： Only western medical treatment will lead to simplex result, and the combination of TCM and western medicine will cause remarkable effect.
