欧鳗“狂游症”病原体初步研究

摘　　要：应用电镜超薄切片技术，在患有“狂游症”的欧鳗脑细胞中发现一种弹状病毒，该病毒颗粒只存在于细胞浆中，大小约50－80nm×100-250nm，具有囊膜，囊膜外附有纤突，可造成宿主细胞肿胀和空泡变性等病理变化，它是欧鳗“狂游症”的主要病原体。With a technique of ultrathin section of the transmission electron microscope, a bullet-shaped virus in the brain cells of the eel with perichareia that is an unknown disease, so-called 'eel mad swimming symptoms 'had been found. These viruses only exist in the cytoplasm of eel brain cells, with a size 50-80nm ×100-250nm and with the envelope to which fibril-lae are adherent. ffecause this viruses can cause the pathologic changes of the swelling and vesiculating in the host cells of the eel brain, maybe it is one of main pathogen causing perichareia of Anguilla anguilla.
