摘　　要：目的探讨处女膜闭锁的超声诊断价值。方法分析22例处女膜闭锁的声像图特征。结果阴道积血2例,阴道、宫腔积血17例,阴道、宫腔、输卵管积血2例,阴道、宫腔、输卵管、盆腔均积血1例。结论超声检查在诊断和鉴别诊断处女膜闭锁中起重要作用,是首选的检查方法。Objective To probe into the value of imperforate hymen diagnosed by ultrasound Methods The ultrasonic imaging features of 22 cases patients with imperforate hymen were analyzed.Results 2 cases laad hematocol- pos, 17 cases had hematocolpos and hematocolpometra, 2 cases had hematocolpos, hematocolpometra and hematosalpinx and only 1 cases totally had hematocolpos, hematocolpometra, hematosalpinx and hemo-pelvic cavity.Conclusion Ultrasound was important in the diagnosis and identification of imperforate hymen, and it was the first choice.
